I spent the weekend with family, in New Moon ritual, and high from time spent in communion with fellow Black astrologers in a podcast roundtable discussion on Astrology, reclaiming Blackness, and racial justice. It was the perfect way to celebrate the legacy of my Ancestors on Juneteenth; to be in a space of stargazers who looked like me was affirming in ways I didn’t know I needed.
