Last week, a friend and I met up for a virtual happy hour and spent most of our Zoom meeting talking about all the things we had planned, pre-pandemic. Of course, with everything on hold now, all we could do was throw our hands up and say, “we’ll see.”

I ventured outdoors the other day protected by gloves and a mask, and while I was starkly made aware of the new normal we’re all navigating – schools, parks and businesses closed, transportation limited, etc. – I was humbled by Mother Nature’s insistence that the season of spring in these parts would continue as planned.
A client said to me during a coaching session last week, “I can be the certainty amidst change all on my own.” Let this be a mantra for you on this day, and in the weeks that follow, because change is here.
