Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius and Taurus, you’re all on deck this week! A Full Moon clashes with disruptive Uranus in the middle of Lion season, and the next few days may feel a bit heavy to say the least.

A client said to me during a coaching session last week, “I can be the certainty amidst change all on my own.” Let this be a mantra for you on this day, and in the weeks that follow, because change is here.
“Self-care” was the topic of discussion with many clients last week. In fact, it came up so much that I am concerned the significance of “self-care” may have become obsolete now that the concept is so trendy.
Action planet Mars stations direct in the sign of Capricorn today, and in the coming weeks, it will finish its transit of Aquarius. The pace of life will soon pick up; what's been suspended in air, or kept on pause, will soon see forward momentum.
But first, we must get our bearings. “I am here to enjoy, discover, and develop my inner life, as well as my external one.” C. Nicholas
Eclipse season is over and it has been quite the whirlwind, as foretold. Important themes were emphasized with all three cosmic events: nurture your roots, surrender to your obstacles, and find another way to shine. I don’t doubt that we all will come out the other side of this period changed in some way. Going forward, we can collect ourselves. We can begin to apply lessons learned and insights revealed. We can start anew. Look to the month of September for significant gains. The grand finale in a triage of eclipses happens this Saturday, August 11th, in the gregarious sign of Leo the Lion. This is it, folks. The showstopper! The main attraction! The suspenseful cliffhanger! This cosmic event finishes up what has been an eventful summer, and honey, you ain’t seen nothing yet!
I don’t mean to sound dramatic with the title of this blog, but “dramatic” is what this past week has been for many of my clients, friends, and me. Plus, I am a Leo, so, there's that.
A T-square in Astrology is an angle that involves multiple planets in the sky. It is formed when at least two planets oppose one another at 180-degrees, and then converge to form a 90-degree angle with a third planet (or set of planets). When all angles are connected, it looks like an equilateral triangle.
“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” (Philippians 4:8)
"Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you." Marianne Williamson
How often do you reflect on what you wish to cultivate in your life, clear on the decisions that need to be made, and the changes that need to occur? Do you ever pause to consider all the possibilities? Or do you reject your dreams, writing them off until they are hidden from view? I would argue that the majority of people, myself included, block abundance in life. Most times, it is never our conscious doing. In fact, the act of self-sabotage usually happens when we are close to success. The more clients I coach, the more I see the pattern, and the root cause stems from low self-worth. |
