Looking for a driven, creative and self-motivated individual to serve as the assistant to Tracey L. Rogers, Owner of Tracey L Rogers LLC.

ABOUT TRACEY

Tracey L. Rogers is a Philadelphia, PA-based consulting Astrologer, certified Life Coach and NAACP Award Winning Activist.
 
Tracey L Rogers LLC is a practice dedicated to the teaching, learning and sharing of topics on astrology, as well as the coaching and training of groups and individuals on themes centering life empowerment, racial justice, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

THE JOB

You will be Tracey’s right-hand person responsible for the smooth execution of daily activities. You are a self-motivated, creative and energized individual who can work independently with little direction, and also willing to learn. You have strong values, are a person of integrity, and will contribute to a work experience that is fun, kind, and committed to supporting others.  
 
You are confident with your skillset and equally OK with asking for help. You are able to step into this role as the bad-ass that you are, sharing your knowledge and expertise in a psychologically safe and inclusive environment.
 
You will be the first person that clients get to connect with by confirming appointments, sending follow up emails, invoices and phone calls as needed, and responding to inquiries. You will manageTracey’s calendar and schedule/scheduling software.
 
You will help manage the LLC's social media, and assist with content development scheduling posts on Twitter and Facebook, sending out weekly e-newsletters, and updating the website. You will also help edit astrology content – horoscopes, written reports, baby books, blogposts, etc.

SKILLS REQUIRED

2 to 3+ years of administrative experience
Customer service/support background
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter/Tweetdeck, Instagram, Clubhouse)
Efficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), Google (Docs, Voice, Meet) and the Internet
Knowledge of virtual conferencing platforms (Zoom, Ring Central)
Strong written and verbal communications skills

BONUS

Knowledge of Astrology
Experience in social justice advocacy
Experience creating social media content

Virtual. This will be a remote position. 

DETAILS

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

​Part-Time/Exempt/Seasonal through August 18, 2021 with high possibility for extension.

PAY AND BENEFITS
