As a certified Life Coach, my job is to help you create the life that you want! This involves becoming more aware of the obstacles that get in the way, so that you might feel supported and empowered to overcome and thrive.
All coaching services come with a FREE Intake consultation session (with the exception of "Issue du Jour") to discuss the intentions you would like to set in certain life areas. Sessions can be done in person in the DC metro area, over the phone, or via Skype. A completed Intake form must be received prior to scheduling your consultation.
