While traditional therapy is a useful resource that allows us to unpack and recover elements of who we are, Life coaching is meant to further your efforts by building upon what you know in order to make tangible change.This involves becoming more aware of the obstacles that get in the way so that you might feel supported and empowered to overcome and thrive.
All coaching programs come with a FREE Intake & Consultation (with the exception of the "Issue du Jour" session) that is done over the phone to discuss the intentions you would like to focus on in certain life areas. A completed Intake form must be received prior to scheduling your consultation. Life coach sessions can be done over the phone or virtually via Skype, Zoom, or FaceTime.
