ASTROLOGER + LIFE COACH
"The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion." A. Camus

Tracey’s activism began with political campaign management and organizing after college, and she has worked tirelessly to combat racial injustice and gender inequality.

As a certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) professional through Cornell University, Tracey has launched anti-racism campaigns and teach-ins for different groups, faith-based communities, and global organizations including The World Bank.

As a 2019 recipient of the Charles P. Monroe Civil Rights Award given by the Arlington, Virginia chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), Tracey has consulted companies, collaborated with community organizers, developed and facilitated trainings, and offered one-on-one coaching programs on topics that center Black women’s empowerment, racial justice, and interfaith peace-building.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION (DEI)

Pastor Jimmy Rollins of City First Church in Rockford, IL once said:

"We can tell how we think about diversity by looking at the personal contacts in our cell phone." How diverse are the contacts in your cell phone?

The journey toward a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive place of employment starts with personal tolerance. If one is not confronting racial biases and ideas outside of the office, it will be difficult to do so in the office.

Tracey's approach to DEI consulting implements a holistic framework that blends hearts and minds. Her work as an Activist and training as a Life Coach further deepens her impact.

See below for a preview of DEI trainings and consulting offered with pricing. Email info@traceylrogers.com to schedule a DEI intake.

JOURNALS FOR RACIAL HEALING

In collaboration with oneTILT and Zenit Journals, Journals for Racial Healing were created as a safe space and a brave space to process racial trauma, and to do the quiet, necessary reflective work of racial healing.

Two journals were launched in 2021:

A Journal for Aspiring White Anti-Racists
A BIPOC Journal for Healing and Liberation

Racial justice and healing go hand-in-hand, and these journals were meant to aid in our fight for liberation through solidarity.

Journals for Racial Healing can be purchased for individuals and groups who seek to heal together, and would be an impactful offering to company-founded DEI councils and leadership teams.

UNPACKING RACISM: ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

The murder of George Floyd at the hands of police on May 25th, 2020 sparked an outcry of "Black Lives Matter" across the globe.

The movement that has always been continues to inspire mobilization  as people all over the world confront an ugly truth:

Racism is alive and well in the 21st century.

We are all being challenged to confront racial injustice, which begs the need to first confront our own racial biases.

The journey toward racial justice comes with hard work, hard feelings, constant effort, and courageous conversations.

If you are ready to commit to the work by taking an honest look at the ways in which you have been influenced by racist ideas, this one-on-one coaching package is for you.
