Sagittarius in 2022

1/1/2022

The year begins with an assessment underway that involves finances, possessions, and the give and take in relationships. Whether negotiating a salary increase or investing in a new home, your relationship to the material world and all that bring you comfort is highlighted.

This is major, Sagittarius. For over a decade, you’ve been immersed in an exercise that has seen you restructure and redefine what/who is of value to you. Everything from the way you choose to live to how you are compensated for your expertise has been transformed. No longer accepting less than what you’re worth, you’ve been advocating for what/who you need and want. With Venus and Mercury retrograde at the start of the year, this exercise continues and will be amplified.

In fact, there may be a few delays, re-negotiations, and ongoing evaluations centered on your values and resources. If a financial contract is on pause or you’re navigating how to move forward in a partnership where there’s been some strain, clarity will not be restored until February. What’s more, cosmic turning points early in the year centering themes of what makes you feel safe, valued, and secure may encourage you to change your lifestyle and prioritize the elements of your day-to-day so that you can feel a sense of wealth and wellness when it comes to how you curate a life of comfort.

This is big – bigger than asking for a raise or buying a car. You are literally considering how to accumulate more abundance and wealth in life, however you define it. This is especially true when it comes to your home and family; Jupiter in the sign of Pisces most of the year will bring quite a bit of growth, which could lead to the expansion of your family or property. That’s why the message of 2022 stems around what/who you value.

Once we reach the season of spring, the pace of life will pick up! Children feature, along with some romance and play, and these things will lead to busy days and increased activities on the relationship front. In fact, as this energy builds throughout the spring months, it will coincide with an eclipse season beginning at the end of April.

A solar eclipse on April 30th ushers in a new start to your day-to-day. You may be taking on a new position at work, or a new role as a parent to child or pet! Two weeks later, on May 16th, something culminates for you behind the scenes. Whether recovering from a health matter or moving through difficult emotions, what is “done” during this time will give you energy to prepare for a new beginning – be on the lookout for sudden developments.

As this energy builds, Mercury retrograde will be caught in the mix mid-May through the beginning of June. A new start is coming, Sagittarius, especially if you are merging lives with another or caring for a loved one. But there a may be a few delays and false starts that carry you into the beginning of summer, so be patient.

That said, once we reach the beginning of summer, it will be all systems go! Busy days ensue as you take on a new responsibility, and you’ll notice amplified energy centered around children, creative aims, and entertainment – the summer looks to be full of such activities, especially as Jupiter enters the sign of Aries for a short stint.

The season, overall, should be pretty laid back. Travel is highlighted, new aspirations that further your vocation, contract agreements and investments, as well as career matters will all be highlighted. You will also notice amplified energy building in close connections, activity that will continue throughout the remainder of your forecast.

As we enter the fall months, career matters remain a focus as networking begins to pick up. Whether looking for a new job, attending a major online event, or organizing a conference, you seem to be interfacing with more and more people. This could be for social gains if attending a wedding, but this could also be for professional gains and advancement.

Mid-September through the first week of October, meanwhile, brings another round of delays courtesy of Mercury retrograde. Vendors for a big work event may fall through as career matters expand, and there may be delays with a decision for hiring.

Typical rule of thumb when Mercury is retrograde is to keep living your life, Sagittarius. Try not to strongarm your way through things and look to mid-October for resolution. Once we reach October, career and networking will begin to calm with obstacles moving forward. The timing around forward momentum will be quite appropriate, too, as you enter your annual sleepy period.

Let’s face it, Archer, 2022 has been busy! It makes sense that you now get a chance to purge and rest and retreat before your birthday season. You still have a lot of energy building on the relationship front, however, which will beg the need for balance between ‘self’ and ‘other.’ You may be navigating some tension in close ties, feeling put upon, or forcing your own agenda onto loved ones that include your spouse/romantic partner, family member (especially as we enter the holiday season) or close friend.

Mars is essentially responsible for this as the warrior planet moves through your relationship sign (Gemini). You can expect increased “dealings” with the significant others in your life, and things may get a little unwieldy as Mars prepares for its retrograde on October 31st.

Of all the planets, Mars can be the hardest one to navigate while retrograde. Its energy connects us to our force of will, so when it does a backward spin around the almighty Sun, our energy feels blocked.

Mars retrograde in Gemini may feel somewhat “manic,” Sagittarius. You may find that you are being pulled in several directions to support others, and so flexibility will be necessary. Certain “balls” may need to be dropped to attend to what is of priority. Boundaries may need to be erected and you, too, should be careful not to put too much onto others.

Tension is possible and Mars will remain retrograde through January 2023. This will certainly be a time to bob and weave and redirect your energy when necessary, especially if planning a wedding or major family event.

We’ve also got eclipses at the end of the year that ensure 2022 closes on a cosmically full note! A solar event on October 25th brings a new start behind the scenes; consider this a seed planted that brings new realizations and insights (especially when it comes to your relationships). November 8th brings a lunar eclipse that wraps things up in your day-to-day. An ongoing chore or responsibility may end, giving you time to focus on rest.

Soon after the eclipses, we’ll enter your birthday season. When the Sun is in our sign, we feel good! No matter the drama dredged up by Mars retrograde, you will end the year on a solid note. Money matters will come back into focus, however, and delays are highlighted once more as Mercury retrograde brings a 2022 finale.

Remember how we began your forecast with a focus on “abundance,” however you define it? Let new insights and realizations inspire how you move through the year ahead; all will be well.

HAPPY NEW YEAR, SAGITTARIUS!

Even the most “positive” sign of the Zodiac had moments in 2020 that saw you grasping for hope. You may have had to try a little harder to identify silver linings, and in the process, you may have become grateful for the changes that brought you to where you are today, right now.

That said, your eyes have been opened, Sagittarius. You see things differently. You have new opinions, beliefs and perspectives about the world we live in, including your immediate surroundings, environment and the people you engage regularly. Having unlearned so much this year, it’s time to relearn new truths and insights that will broaden your mind. In fact, this is a theme in effect all year long, one that will both sharpen your intellect and deepen the way you think.

“Class” is in session at the start of the year. Mental pursuits are highlighted whether you find yourself in an educational setting or learning something new that centers technology. There may be a few hiccups during the month of February, however. Misunderstandings, glitchy gadgets and stalled talks/discussions feature, courtesy of Mercury retrograde.

You know the drill when the winged planet orbits the almighty Sun backwards; no major decisions and make sure you are being clear in all forms of communications. No matter the hiccups that develop, all will move forward with resolution by March.

The rest of spring is pretty chill! Domestic matters, romance, child’s play and busy days will keep your schedule full. This is important, too; a theme in effect all year sees you finding ways to create more time and space in your day so that you have more freedom and autonomy to center your own priorities. This theme will be triggered as busy days ensue!

Late spring, meanwhile, sees us entering an eclipse season. A lunar and solar event on May 26th and June 10th, respectively, will impact you on the relationship front. Something will reach conclusion for you, personally, Sagittarius. You may be ending an important phase of self-development or leaving behind your status as a “single person” in order to merge with another ushering in a new relationship chapter. But this won’t come easy.

June brings misunderstandings in important connections. There may be an ultimatum in a relationship; same is true if you are experiencing uncertainty in other close ties. Ultimately, this influence will beg the need for you to swallow pride, let go of self-righteousness and dare I say it, COMPROMISE. Doing so will bring relationship bliss by July.

The rest of the summer sees growing activity around new commitments, wanderlust/travel, and career. The season is entirely full, culminating with a lot of networking that begins to percolate by September. You may be planning an important event or attending different social gatherings as COVID-19 restrictions steady lift throughout the year.

However, the end of September through October brings another round of setbacks. Vendors for a big event may begin to fall through or plans with friends may need to change. If you are attending a conference, it may be postponed; these are examples of possible delays.

November brings forward momentum to networking, so be patient. We’ll also enter another eclipse season around this time, which makes this end of year period rather eventful!

November 19th brings a lunar eclipse while December 4th brings a solar eclipse. Both will impact you around daily chores and responsibilities; specifically, a regular obligation and responsibility may come to an end as you begin to center more “personal” aims.

You may be coming out of a health scare that helps you to recenter independent agenda. Same is true if leaving a job or clearing a full schedule in order to be more “self-focused.” The solar eclipse will be in your sign, Sagittarius, indicating a new chapter of personal goals and commitments.

This coincides with growing activity around home and family toward the end of the year, a theme that will dominate throughout 2022. Whether focused on starting a family or relocation, what ends with the lunar eclipse will essentially help you to clear up space for new priorities.

In fact, mid-December does bring an assessment of all the people and things that are of value to you. You may be doing a clean sweep of expenses, relationships and other areas of life that require your time and resources, which will lead to a total shift in values. This could also bring greater material wealth and feelings of security.

How everything unfolds won’t be made clear until around the beginning of 2022, so there’s a bit of a cliffhanger with the end of your year. But 2021 still looks to end on a solid note for you, dear Archer. Hope returns with a vengeance.

Happy New Year, Sagittarius!

Sagittarius in 2020

2019 saw you rising from the ashes like the great Phoenix that overcomes hardships. 2020 sees you taking what you have learned from the past and applying it to new endeavors that will hopefully bring lucrative gains.

What you value, how you are valued, and the material wealth that leads to financial security are themes in the new year. These themes began with a solar eclipse on December 26th, 2019 meant to bring a new start on the money front. You may be restructuring your finances and working hard to manage your resources, but this eclipse brings opportunity to build more wealth, be it monetarily or simply with regards to your self-esteem.

The lunar eclipse that follows will peak on January 10th completing activities around an important contract agreement. You may be finalizing a negotiation at work that comes with a pay raise, or, completing a contract that leads to a large commission and compensation.

As we reach the end of winter, home and family matters will become of focus too. Financial gains may be diverted toward family planning or home renovations, and there may be a few delays with plans mid-February through March; try to be patient. If you have to change a timeline involving domestic matters, things will begin to move forward as we enter the spring months.

As warmer weather returns in the Northern Hemisphere, life gets busy! Not only will you be focused on creative aims in the form of brainchildren and/or physical children (these activities will come back into focus during some choppy cosmic weather this fall), but a growing list of chores, tasks and other responsibilities will consume your energy.

Whether you’re busy at the office or focused on health and wellness, be mindful not to overdo it. An influence in effect all year sees you growing more desirous of greater autonomy in your day-to-day craving the freedom to focus on your own priorities. More freedom is possible if you are being deliberate with how you manage your lifestyle.

May through June, meanwhile, brings the first cosmic storm of the year, so brace yourself. This begins with an assessment that takes place on the relationship front. Many Archers may be taking stock of their most cherished connections. Whether you are considering a union or dissolving a union, partnerships (business or personal) will undergo a review. This energy coincides with another eclipse season, and there will be three that peak this summer instead of the standard two.

Lunar eclipses on June 5th and July 5th bring completions involving “self” and values. You may be sacrificing something, Sagittarius. Whether you are investing in a partnership or investing in your own endeavors (which sees you leaving a partnership), something of personal value is reaching conclusion.

Nestled in between the lunar eclipses is a potent summer solstice solar eclipse that will peak on June 21st – this brings a new start in an important contract or partnership. Whether you are tying the knot after an extended relationship assessment, or forging a business venture, new agreements are highlighted.

With this said, there may be some back and forth on the terms of an agreement through June and July. A new start is coming, but not without a few delays. Be patient as developments settle; a forward shift comes in August. Eclipse events will solidify by then bringing a brief reprieve as we close out the summer.

The fall months come with another round of choppy cosmic weather, however, and this will impact all creative ventures. You may experience obstacles with a child or an artistic endeavor. This could also involve tension in a romantic partnership.

These obstacles will be due to circumstances beyond your control, and the only way to navigate developments will be to either lean back and wait for right timing or find working solutions in the interim. To force and assert will be futile. Your efforts will be thwarted.

If this involves children, there may be challenges around parenting or with fertility. If this involves a creative entrepreneurial launch, there may be setbacks. These blocks will lead to inner angst and frustrations. You may feel discouraged, which could lead to sadness. It is also possible that your tribe and network of friends are MIA to offer support.

October looks to be the most challenging month of the year as obstacles continue. But November brings a shift; you will notice that developments involving brainchildren in the form of artistic ideas as well as physical children begin to gain traction. Motivation and optimism will return as a result. Help from others may arrive in the knick of time.

As activity settles and life returns to its regular pace, another eclipse season looms to close out the year. November 30th brings a lunar eclipse that sees an ending in store on the relationship front. Whatever concludes will be connected to the extended relationship review back in May and June.

Meanwhile, the solar eclipse brings a personal new beginning for you, dear Archer. This will be wonderful reset for 2021 as you focus on growing self-interests.

In fact, as we end the year, two new themes will turn your attention to learning and education. You will be focused on mental pursuits whether they involve writing or enrollment in a specialized program. A new chapter is already beginning, and you will be better for it!

Happy New Year, Sagittarius!

Sagittarius in 2019

Life only gets better in 2019, Sagittarius. There have been hard knocks, and you have been navigating a rather dense energy that dampened your spirit you many ways. But your spirit prevailed, and you continue to be positive and optimistic – two of your most endearing traits.

Jupiter’s transit of your sign throughout the year sees you expanding your vision of self to new heights. What hasn’t killed you has made you stronger, and you can expect to soar over these next 12 months. With that said, there is one area that could bring significant challenges, and that involves money. But this does not have to be a negative situation, Archer.

For years, you have made subtle changes to your financial portfolio, as you uncover what it is you truly value and what brings both financial and personal security. A solar eclipse on January 5th offers a new start around financial planning, whether you are investing in property or launching a business. FYI, this solar eclipse comes with a lot of weight and responsibility.

The lunar eclipse on January 21st brings a completion of activity around higher aims. If you have finished a degree, or an international project, you will now be challenged to put what you have gained in the process to lucrative use. Financial pressure, meanwhile, will continue through the spring, especially as you bump up against delays on the home front come March.

If you are renovating, buying a house, or focused on family planning, these matters could require greater financial planning and frugality. There may be a few delays too – DIY projects around the house may go over budget, or a home appraisal is under extended contract. There may even be misunderstandings with family discussions around finances. Try not to lose hope – money matters will be resolved by April.

The rest of spring will keep you busy in the meantime, as the elements of your day-to-day increase. This will trigger a theme that began in the spring of 2018, inspiring you to find more freedom to cultivate a quality of life that reflects your priorities. You may feel restless. As responsibilities increase, you will simultaneously feel the need offload obligations. This is especially true if work is no longer enjoyable and you are looking to identify passive income that will free up your schedule. No matter how this impacts you, be deliberate. Freedom to plan the life you want is possible.

The summer, meanwhile, comes with two more eclipses. A solar eclipse on July 2nd will shift your attention to commitments and partnership agreements, while the lunar eclipse on July 16th brings a completion of activity round personal financial matters. You may be merging in a new contract, or investing your own resources toward a business endeavor. Something of value will most likely be surrendered in order to forge a new union or partnership.

With that said, delays are in store mid-July through August. Negotiations may stall, especially if you are taking out a loan or a grant to fund entrepreneurial venture. Try to avoid signing on the dotted line; negotiations will move forward by September.

The fall months see you back in your element, as you shift your attention to higher aims and career pursuits. There will be moments of self-doubt and uncertainty during November, and you may be contemplating a big personal change. But you end the year even better than you started, with greater confidence. In fact, with a solar eclipse joined by Jupiter’s new transit of Capricorn on December 26th, you may also end the year with more money in your pockets!

Happy New Year, Sagittarius!

Sagittarius in 2018

The past three years have been heavy, Sagittarius. Enthusiasm and optimism were traded for discipline and focus, but you should be feeling more self-confident and assured. Now, you can soar to greater heights as usual, but with a grounded approach that sees you getting further ahead than expected. How you are compensated for your abilities is the next big question. Money matters will require just as much due diligence. You may have to tighten your belt, and do more with less when it comes to your resources. But if it means that you can focus on personal aims, and feel a greater sense of personal comfort and stability, then so be it.

The year begins with focus on finances. There may be limits in place regarding property matters, income negotiations, and material wealth that beg the need for more frugality. This is a theme throughout the entire year, so be mindful of spending. Eclipses in February, meanwhile, bring chapter changes that see you leaving behind an area that has brought growth and expansion over the years, to focus on a new setting. Education, learning, and increased communication are highlighted, especially if you are exploring a new environment. Your mind will expand, bringing upbeat energy.

The spring months come with a few changes as well. Fertile energy builds in March and April, which could see you focused on a creative project, children, or a new romance. There may be some minor setbacks in these areas, all to be resolved by the end of April, so bide your time. The month of May comes with a significant shift too. Sudden developments are possible in your day-to-day – this includes your schedule, health, and other chores/responsibilities on your plate. A shake-up is in store, which could enhance your quality of life and see you experiencing greater freedom. This could be due to a job change, or a desire on your part to cultivate a healthier, more grounded lifestyle.

The summer looks to be choppy for us all! Three eclipses rock our world, instead of just the regular two, and a great energy surge will bring grave obstacles. For you, this involves communication and education pursuits. You may be negotiating an important contract, or applying for a new program. Proposals and writing projects are also highlighted, and there may be delays. Communication breakdowns are likely, and this will feel frustrating. July’s lunar eclipse will bring a hard “no” in these areas, forcing you to find another way around obstacles.

You stand to gain, however, when it comes to new mergers and contractual agreements that see you taking advantage of an opportunity that expands your vocation. A few minor delays are possible when it comes to travel, higher learning, and growth pursuits. But all obstacles will begin to move forward as we enter the month of September.

The fall months bring calm. A low cycle in effect beginning mid-October through November sees you taking some down time to recharge. In fact, all of 2018 begs the need for you to balance movement in your daily life with inner nurturing and reflection. This is especially true as we reach the end of the year – you will be contemplating big decisions and personal changes entering 2019.

The final shift of the year occurs when Jupiter enters your sign, dear Sadge! This will feel like a complete 180 from the heavier days you’ve experienced. Jupiter rules your sign, and so is happy here, and you can expect to undergo a great transformation in the year ahead. The sky will be the limit in 2019 – use this year to prepare to spread your wings!

Happy New Year, Sagittarius!

Sagittarius in 2017

1/1/2017

What can I say, dear Archer? As the most positive leaning, silver-lining finding, truth preaching sign of the Zodiac, the last couple of years have been challenging. You have had to overcome, endure, be brave, “adult,” and do so with a smile on your face. You can blame the planet Saturn for all these lessons learned, and you can thank him too. Your tests will indeed become your testimonies; you are much wiser. 2017 will be a final test of your resolve, and you are more than prepared to “slay” in the New Year.

The year begins with you focusing on all that you value and find to be of worth. You may be questioning what it is that gives you a sense of security – monetary abundance, health, a place to call home, etc. This exercise may be quite enriching since your value systems are changing. Those things that once made you feel stable may no longer provide the support that you need, and you are in search of what does. Whether negotiating a salary, contemplating the sell/purchase of property, or changing your priorities, the end of January brings clarity.

Meanwhile, eclipses in February will initiate a new life chapter. You may be completing an important journey of education or travel that has broadened your mind and worldview, as you prepare to shift focus toward domestic matters. Relocation is possible, or you may even start a family of your own. These themes will be re-emphasized in August; two new eclipses see you leaving behind all that is familiar and comfortable, to embrace the unknown in the form of studies or vocational pursuits that take you out of your comfort zone.

In fact, you may find that much of 2017 sees you focused on higher aims, i.e., what thrills, uplifts, and forces you to live life more creatively and authentically. Artistic collaborations, romance, speculative ventures, and other types of brainchildren (or physical children) will be highlighted, especially in March and April. Surprises with pregnancy, or even the opportunity to promote your own gifts and talents are possible, but not without a few delays that may bring complications. If you come up against certain obstacles in these areas, bide your time, and wait until May/June for events to move forward. You may have to go back to the drawing board for a big launch, or even with fertility treatments. The summer months will relieve you of any pressure that you might be experiencing.

As we move toward the second half of the year, many shifts will occur. For starters, you may be negotiating activities on the career front, with professional goals coming into sharper focus by the end of summer. October brings a calming of events, as you enter in to a year-long “sleepy period” that will expand you from the inside out, deepening your awareness and spirituality. This theme will lead to personal opportunities for self-growth and development by the end of 2018, while the end of 2017 will bring yet another poignant shift: the planet Saturn will have left your sign, taking with him all the heaviness, limitations, and restrictions that you have been tackling.

You are graduating from a cycle that defined your character, bringing added focus and discipline to your life. 2018 sees you officially transformed, reaping the benefits and rewards for all your hard efforts. Congratulations, Sagittarius, you made it!

Sagittarius in 2016

1/3/2016

2015 was a dense year Sagittarius, and 2016 sees more of the same. Only this time, you will be prepared to buckle down and make important changes in your life. 2016 could end with you operating on a totally new wavelength – a complete 180 from how the year begins! Of course, this will entail self- discipline, focus, and hard work. If you learned anything from the limitations experienced last year, you will know where you need to exert more effort this year.

You will have your work cut out for you in 2016. If you can do what is necessary for career gains, even if what is necessary seems too sobering and routine; you will be rewarded. The planet Saturn is affecting you now, asking you to essentially “grow up and get real.” That’s all you have to do, dear Archer, starting with responsibilities around your money and resources.

Material wealth and possessions will be your focus in January, and there may be discussions surrounding income and other resources (either with your partner or employer). Information will be unclear, so try to hold off until February before agreeing to anything, and make sure that whatever you agree to speaks to what it is that you value. Meanwhile, eclipses in the spring will put the emphasis on home matters. Of course, this may come up against private initiatives (which will feature more prominently in April through June), but it is possible that you leave behind an organization or group of friends to set up roots elsewhere. In fact, the mid-year period of 2016 will bring much in the way of stress and frustration as you navigate transitions that seem to be playing out in the main areas of life – namely home, work, and personal goals.

May will be the most difficult month of 2016, and you should avoid coming to any final conclusions with regards to daily affairs, your health, and well-being. If a medical matter comes into focus, don’t ignore it. But know that there may be delays with a prognosis. Appointments will be missed or pushed back, and it will feel as if your life is on hold. Delays are inevitable as you push forth on your own agenda, and activity at work, as well as with family, may cause personal strain. It will be important not to let this two-step trip you up, however. Try to find a working balance and compromise; June brings an important turning point, and life will return to normal beginning in July.

Eclipses at the end of summer and into the fall months will benefit you career wise, and relocation is highly possible as a result of a job change. Professional advancement is likely, although activity may be stalled in September; October brings forward momentum. The end of year period ends on a high note since it will be your birthday! You will be in a better position to take on greater responsibility for your life, ensuring complete happiness. 2017, meanwhile, sees you linking up with folks who can make your dreams come true! Stay positive Sagittarius; life will unfold in your favor – this, I guarantee.

Happy New Year, Sagittarius!

Sagittarius in 2015

1/1/2015

You, dear Sagittarius, are known for your radiant spirit and optimism. You exude such positive energy, and your active nature is what draws others to you. Your lust for life is infectious, and you have a natural way of uplifting anyone in your presence. I want you to remember these things in 2015, because you will be challenged to uphold your reputation as the adventurous, truth seeking, expansionist sign that you are. If you experience any fear or feelings of inadequacy, know that you are being pushed to step more fully into your purpose, recognizing the ways in which you could be more of who you are on a Soul level.

Thankfully throughout the year, Jupiter (your ruling planet in Astrology) will encourage you to “go big,” moving beyond any self-imposed limitations. You have the opportunity to learn a great deal about yourself, which may involve stepping even further outside of your comfort zone. You will be rewarded for your efforts, however, especially on the career front should you dare to explore vocational options during the second half of 2015 and into 2016. There’s a part of you that desires more freedom to use your creative gifts whether for personal gain or professional advancement, and you crave some level of recognition for your talents, along with the acknowledgement of, and the proper compensation for, all that you have to offer. Such worthiness and appreciation starts with you, of course, through self-focus, self-discipline, and a personal commitment.

Meanwhile, home and family will be a buzz all year, especially in February and March! A Solar Eclipse around the Spring Equinox not only foretells of a possible move or relocation, but it also emphasizes increased emotional nourishment and foundation building. These things have felt somewhat off anyway, as you struggle to find clarity on what home means to you. This ties into family planning as well, and 2015 could bring sudden news of a pregnancy!

Relationships experience a jolt too, but try to hold off on a final commitment in mid-May through mid-June. The beginning of summer into early September will be a time to deeply examine your personal truths, dreams, and goals for the future, which could lead you away from certain interpersonal connections or deepen them. You will be intently focused on becoming the authority of your own life without too much outside input, and while the experience might leave you feeling isolated at times, it is a necessary part of the process. Remember that as your personal beliefs and philosophies change, so will you.

Overall, 2015 begins a new cycle that demands a more conscious way of living. Everything from the work that you do to your relationships with others will come into focus, and the way to get past a challenge will be for you to simply be who you are, authentic and all. Don’t be afraid of who that is, either. You do a real disservice to the world when you deny your true self.

Sagittarius in 2014

The year begins with you in deep reflection on the value of your life. Whether you're in negotiations for a new position, or looking to enhance your attraction factor; the underlying theme revolves around your self esteem and sense of self worth. Claiming whatever it is you feel you deserve, generally speaking, is an ongoing exercise in which you continue to excel. You are an amazing creature, dear Archer, with amazing qualities, skills and talents. It’s time others become aware of this as well.

As a Sagittarius, you are always too busy to stop and see where your life is heading – you’re too busy just living it! But over the years, you’ve come to understand why it is important to evaluate and reassess once in a while, in order to make sure that you’re not only living life to the max, but that you feel comfortable and secure with your long term. It’s not enough to embark on adventure after adventure; you want to know that each experience brings you closer to certain goals, ensuring that the journey isn’t all for nothing.

As you continue to look at your attributes in a new way, you’ll spend the first half of the year linking up with those who support your dreams for the future. While there will be some associations that require adjusting as you begin to stand more firmly in what it is you have to offer, you'll also find that there are others out there who want to assist and further your cause. You’ll be spending a lot of time networking and participating in group outings during this time, with social expansion on the rise. The connections you make now will not only inspire your creativity, but they will allow you to see just how unique and authentic you truly are, revealing certain traits of which you were never aware!

This doesn’t mean, however, that you can avoid some of the internal work you need to address. In fact, this year, it will be essential that you pay attention to the activities that go on behind the scenes – from your intuition and psychic abilities to repressed trauma and emotions. How you manage those things that bubble to the surface will be a daunting task, but ignoring them will do you no good. By the second half of 2014, you’ll notice that as you nurture your spiritual base, your beliefs begin to work in tandem with how you release all that’s hidden in the recesses of your mind. As a sign concerned with philosophy, truth, worldly travel and knowledge; core principles and values will become more prominent in your life as the year unfolds. Increased faith will be a direct result of these correlations.
Moving into 2015, life will become a bit somber. You’ll be dealing with serious matters that require commitment and discipline on your part. Doing the necessary work now and later in the year that can bring you closer to where you want to be in life, is the only way to navigate what may at times feel like constricting energy. But in the process, I can guarantee that you will be abundantly rewarded, as long as you’re prepared to receive what’s on offer.

Happy New Year, Sagittarius!

Sagittarius in 2013

For you Sagittarius, 2013 begins with a strong emphasis on potential mates and significant others. Relationships continue to excite you (and plague you) through June of this year. Afterwards, whoever is left may be the one who sticks. Your sign has had a plethora of opportunities to commit to – and finally settle for – that special someone. But the decision to do so has been prolonged by moments of doubt and hesitation. Uncertainty may still rear its ugly head throughout the first month of the year, but you’ll know soon enough who matters most or not at all. Regardless of the amount of time and energy devoted to important partnerships, there will be other life lessons to look out for that will also warrant your undivided attention.

This is going to be an active year for the most part, and I’m sure you wouldn’t want it any other way. However, most of the “busy work” you’ll be tending to revolves around an internal review and assessment; a literal check-in with yourself, if you will. Since October of 2012, a disciplining influence has set in forcing the need for you to address certain concerns that affect you behind the scenes (which actually begs the need to be mindful of the characters in your life, both current and new. Your interactions with them – be they negative or positive – may provide some of the answers you seek). This may not be the forecast you were anticipating, and as a Sagittarius, I’m sure you will read this, let it settle, and then move on to other topics that lift your spirits. That’s just fine dear Archer, but it would behoove you to keep my writing labor of love in the back skirts of your worldly mind.

The questions that may sneak up on you as you navigate some inner turmoil have to do with your self-worth and how you creatively express your authenticity. I’ve touched upon this theme throughout 2012, but now the work deepens as you search for the proper balance. Sagittarius is the official truth seeker of the Zodiac, always embarking on a never ending journey to investigate subject matter that takes you outside of your local environment. I don’t doubt that you’ve learned a great deal throughout your global pursuits, but now it’s time to apply your findings in a manner that further cements your own personal beliefs and philosophies. This may be somewhat tricky since you already know that there are so many “truths” and possibilities. But the focus is on your personal truth that validates who you are and reinforces your value to others.

If you’ve been having trouble figuring out who’s right for you, it’s because you’re still working on securing a firmer understanding of what you’re about as a separate individual. The beauty of this experience is that what you discover will help you to form the types of solid commitments you long for deep down. What you are able to tackle in the coming year will not only enhance your overall well being, but it will also help you to acquire a general feeling of security and accomplishment. My money is on those relationships that give you a healthy sense of unease; these are the connections that will be the most rewarding in the New Year and beyond.

Happy New Year Sagittarius!
